Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NaamAmrit (the “Service”), operated by AK Trading & Associates LLC, a company registered in Georgia, USA. By downloading the app, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law. The Service is a tool to support personal practice and is not a substitute for medical or professional advice.

Subscriptions & billing

NaamAmrit is free to download, and the classic tap counter and your practice history are free to use. NaamAmrit Premium is an optional, auto-renewable subscription that unlocks hands-free counting and other Premium features. It is offered on a monthly and an annual plan, and (for a limited founding window) as a one-time lifetime purchase. Exact prices are shown in the App Store and in the app before you buy, in your local currency, and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any free-trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, if the app offers one. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings at any time. A one-time lifetime purchase is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

All purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple’s terms; AK Trading & Associates LLC does not process your payment or store your card details. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies and are made through Apple. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period.

Intellectual property

The NaamAmrit name, content, and software are owned by AK Trading & Associates LLC and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AK Trading & Associates LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
