Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.
NaamAmrit does not sell or share your personal information — not for money, and not for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have, and we don’t intend to.
We collect only the personal information described in our Privacy Policy: the email you give us to join the waitlist and, if you use the app and sign in, your account identifier, your name and email (as your provider shares them), your practice counts (totals, streak, and history), your subscription status, and — only if you use the Premium weekly reflection — a small aggregate practice digest sent to our AI provider to generate it. Your microphone audio is never collected — hands-free counting happens entirely on your device. We use what we collect only to run the Service and keep your practice backed up to your account, and we never sell or share it.
Even though we don’t sell or share your information, you may still request access to or deletion of your data at any time. To make a request, email privacy@naamamrit.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.”
For more detail on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
